"I want to give these shoes 5 stars because they’re adorable! I love them. However, the strap is way too big. The length of the shoe is correct, but because the strap is so wide, my foot slides forward and my toes hang off the front. I had two options: return them or adjust them. Because they’re so cute, I spent 2. 5 hours adding padding to the underside of the strap to make them more snug. Now they fit perfectly. For the price, I shouldn’t have to tailor them."

Beautiful shoes! Terrible shipping.

"The shoes are comfy and look gorgeous. I needed something to fit my style and these do perfectly. Only complaint: shipping took over a month and when I asked them to fix the address error, they refused and told me to talk to FedEx. I reached out to FedEx MULTIPLE times and was told the shipper needed to be the one to change the address until finally having someone feel bad enough to do it for me. Anyways, make sure your address has the apartment number."

"I am OBSESSED with these shoes! As a 50-something woman who seeks comfort while still looking trendy, these sandals are a huge hit! They came in on my birthday, and I wore them to an all evening dinner party with live music. The colorful platform display was the perfect amount of pop for simple, white crop jeans and a baby blue top… although they will literally go with anything from denim to dresses! They were the hit of the party! And did I mention I had them on for hours with absolutely ZERO discomfort?! Definitely a WIN-WIN, thanks Steve Madden!!"
