Steve Madden UK aims to ensure that https://stevemadden.co.uk is accessible, functional, and compliant for everyone. We work toward conformance with the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines at Level AA (“WCAG 2.2”).

Our Accessibility Process

We collaborate with TestParty, a comprehensive digital accessibility software platform, to test, monitor, and remediate accessibility barriers. TestParty's automated audits and manual validation help address issues including but not limited to missing alt text, color contrast, and keyboard focus.

To assist in achieving our accessibility goals, we are committed to working towards complying with all applicable standards through designing, developing, and operating our websites in substantial conformance with generally-recognised and accepted guidelines and/or standards for website accessibility (the “Standards”). While these Standards may change and/or evolve over time, they are currently the WCAG 2.2.

We regularly evaluate our website using automated accessibility assessment tools and make recommended adjustments in a timely manner. Our website developers have also received instructions related to web accessibility and universal design strategies.

Ongoing Compliance and Monitoring

Our accessibility program includes recurring automated scans, manual assistive-tech testing, and remediation updates to support long-term Standards conformance.

Third-Party Content and Embedded Services

We occasionally use third-party tools and plugins for enhanced functionality such as payments or media. Although TestParty cannot guarantee their full accessibility, Steve Madden UK works with TestParty to collaborate with these vendors to encourage improvement and conformance with the Standards.
