"I love how these boots look from the side view. I saw some reviews that say to size up. I’m 42 and it seems like my feet have shrunk a bit. My regular size is 7. 5, but again in the last couple of years seems like I’m wearing a size 7. So I ordered 7 and they fit perfectly. I think even if I had ordered a 6. 5 would still be ok, since they are made of leather and stretch out."

So cute - but size UP!

"I was nervous about buying online because the previous reviews mention having to go up a half or full size. With a similar pair of boots, a half size was too small due to my large calf muscle. Happily, with this shoe, a half size up (I'm normally a 7. 5, ordered a a size 8) fit perfectly. It covered my calves even with jeans. They're super cute but you do need go up a half size."

"THESE BOOTS ARE TEEAAAAA I read a lot of the reviews and people say to go half a size up but I ended up ordering my regular size which is 8, because the 8. 5 are sold out and they fit perfectly fine. I would say these are true to size and the heel is really comfortable. Also these are big calf friendly which is another plus !!!"

Gorgeous Boot’s However!!!

"I really wanted to love the Luca Steve Madden boots because they look amazing, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. First, they run small, so I recommend sizing up. The biggest issue, however, was the comfort. I wore them to work the same day I bought them, and within an hour my ankles were bleeding from the rubbing. The cuts were so painful that I had to leave work, clean the wounds, and bandage my ankles before I could continue my day. While the boots are stylish, the quality doesn’t justify the price. The materials feel overpriced for what you get, and the small heel doesn’t seem like it would hold up well for everyday wear. For the cost, I expected much better comfort, durability, and craftsmanship. I wish Steve Madden had made these boots true to size, more comfortable, and priced more reasonably. They have great style, but the poor fit and lack of comfort make them difficult to recommend."
