"When the Labelle Black FINALLY arrived it was all that i hoped it would be. However, the downright woeful customer service detracted from the overall experience. What sort of a company cannot locate an item for you having provided the order number, date of purchase, account details and tracking number? I wasted a lot of time, effort and pointless emails trying to track this item. Customer service? One word : useless!"

Great Boots for Skirts!

"I love these boots and they were just what I was looking for. A chunky boot to wear with skirts, shorts, and under wide legged pants. These are perfect as they are tight to your leg so not bulky looking under pants or too heavy for short skirts. I can even wear them with shorts and they look so good! Very comfortable too."

"Cute boots but I found the calf area of the shoe to be tight. I have thicker calves so this shoe would be better for those who have slimmer calves. Not sure if I just need the material to stretch out a bit more so it will fit me better. I normally wear a size 5. 5/6. I ordered a size 6 and I have about 1/2 inch wiggle room to wear thicker socks."
