DELIVERY:

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £75. There will be charged £3.95 for all orders under £75. Please make note that there will be no additional VAT or duty charges requested on delivery by our carriers.

Orders placed on business days before 4PM will be shipped the same day. Your order will be shipped the next business day in case you place your order after 4PM or during the weekend.

RETURNS:

We offer free returns on all orders.

At Steve Madden you can easily return unworn shoes, bags, clothing or accessories. We offer a return period of 14 days, counting from the day your order was delivered.
