Hard to get on

"These are really really hard to put on and I do not understand why there isn’t a zip. Because of the stiff heel part it is very difficult to get your foot in. Even a shoehorn doesn’t help! Once on they feel fine and there is plenty of room. I am a size 6 and have never had such an issuer before. I’m still deciding whether or not to return at this stage."
