OUR RETURN POLICY
Is your order not entirely what you expected? We're sorry to hear that. At Steve Madden you can easily return unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
We have an extended Return Policy during the Holidays. This means that all orders placed between 3-11-2023 and 24-12-2023 can be returned untill 31-01-2024.
We advise you to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Use the supplied packing slip to return your order. Is the packing slip missing? Then it can also be downloaded here.
Please make note that there is a limitation for our return portal on addresses from Northern Ireland and Northern Scotland. Customers from Northern Ireland and Northern Scotland should reach out to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a return pick-up.
1. Scan the QR code below or go to stevemadden.intelligentreturns.net
2. Follow the steps to register your return. You will find your order number in the order confirmation email. Your order number always starts with STEVGB, followed by numbers. After you have registered your return, you will receive the return label in your mailbox.
3. Carefully pack your return. Don’t forget to add this packing slip to the box. Print the return label and stick it on the outside of the box.
4. Take the box to your nearest DPD pickup point.
5. You will receive a confirmation once the package has reached our warehouse. The refund will be processed within five business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation per email once the refund has been processed.

We can only accept returns from orders made on stevemadden.co.uk. Any Steve Madden products purchased from other retailers must be returned where purchased.
Do you have a complaint about one of the products you received? Then we would like to ask you to contact our customer service immediately with your complaint and order number. Don’t forget to provide us with pictures. Based on your complaint and the pictures, we will try to find a suitable solution as soon as possible!

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN COSTS?
We offer free returns on all orders.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
The shipping and processing of returns can take up to 14 days. You can expect the refund within five business days after we have received and processed your return. Any refunds will be issued to the payment method you used to place your order.
ATTENTION: Keep your proof of return until your return has been fully processed and refunded. Without a valid proof of return, we can't start an investigation for your missing return. This means that we can't process the refund in the case of a missing return without a valid proof of return.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE AN ARTICLE?
No, our system unfortunately doesn't allow us to offer our customers exchanges at this moment. If you would like to receive another size or color, we would like to ask you to return your first order and make a new order with the product(s) you want to receive.
WILL THE SHIPPING COSTS BE REFUNDED IF I RETURN MY ORDER?
Have you paid shipping costs and did you return your entire order? Then the shipping costs will be fully refunded. If you have paid shipping costs and returned part of the order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
You will receive a return confirmation by email after your return has been processed in our warehouse. This will contain the exact amount that will be refunded.
